Built ingestion and normalization for public permit records from Fort Worth and Arlington, followed by trade classification and lead ranking.
Estimated work windows from permit dates and scheduling rules, and built filtered email digests plus a web app for browsing permits and leads.
Focused live coverage on Fort Worth and Arlington, with trade-specific filters and estimated scheduling windows rather than a generic list of permits.
